"I do not recommend to stay in this hotel if... 1). you cannot speak basic Japanese. The staff cannot speak basic English and they were not even trying to use any translator device to communicate with foreign guests. I had to use limited Japanese to communicate with the staff. 2). you cannot tolerate heat nor noise. I checked in 2 days ago. This is already April which is spring season, but the hotel still had not offered cool function of air conditioning. How stubborn the hotel management is....

"Both breakfast and dinner options are available, the serving time is very flexible, the food is nice and the price is reasonable. More importantly, the staff are helpful, polite and professional, including both front desk and restaurant colleagues. This hotel deserves at least 4.5/5.
