"My visit to the Hotel Balear was fantastic- a great spot to recuperate after a long flight from the US. It's very near the airport (7 min taxi), has easy access to local cafes and restaurants and is right next to the beach. The room was perfect, the patio was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast spread was delicious! The Hotel Balear is a great entry point to the beautiful island of Mallorca!"

"I arrived at the hotel for early check-in and there was a room available. At first, the staff member had a difficult time finding my reservation and there was some confusion regarding the name it was booked under. He was very polite throughout this process, and reassured me that it would be OK and I'd still have a place to stay regardless. He helped to alleviate the anxiety I had when hearing my reservation couldn't be found (I had travelled from far!). After a few minutes, we realized the error...
