"This was a clean and convenient room booked last minute when we missed a connection at DIA. When we arrived shortly after booking we were in the system and ready to check in, and the front desk staff were helpful in getting us set up with toiletries and recommending places to eat. The only complaint was with the shuttle - the driver that picked us up from the airport was very rude (he later apologized) and the morning shuttle was pretty booked out so we couldn't head back to the airport at the...
