They led with compassion, kindness and sincerity that you do not find in many places anymore in this country as well as world. I have nothing but respect and admiration for Joe and his team. To anyone coming to West Chester/Exton/Downingtown, look no father then this place to stay at. You will NOT be disappointed or leave unsatisfied. "

"Stayed with a family of four, perfect! Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was super courteous. If I’m back in that part of the world this hotel will be my first choice. "

"The hotel was very comfortable, quiet and safe. As soon as I stepped in my room, I felt it was a little oasis from the world. The location was little bit farther from downtown than I expected but at least it was a straight shot down the 95. I could be there in about 25 minutes on average. The customer service was not bad. I felt they could have been more knowledgeable when I asked them questions. Overall, I enjoyed my stay."
