"Beautiful hotel. We were greeted by a glass of prosecco whilst we checked in. We had a standard room which was more than adequate in size and it has the softest bed and linen I think I have ever stayed in, the room had a balcony looking out over part of the golf course. We played golf and used the spa after which is intimate in size but well worth using. We ate in both restaurants and had breakfast on the terrace both mornings. "Nicely renovated seaside hotel with a pleasant cliff-top location. There's a modern llift which is vey welcome if you’re on the upper floors. One issue would be the lack of water pressure on top floor (4th floor) but the shower still functions ok."

"my husband and i stayed here as we were getting married in the area. we stayed in the sea view room and it was absolutely marvelous! everything was clean and the staff were all so wonderful and helpful (we got lost when finding parking but someone came out and showed us! it was dark so we couldn’t see). their spa package was also wonderful and relaxing. would happily stay again!"

"The best location right on the Cathedral property and two minute walk to city center. I would only request that the lodge send parking instructions to anyone that will park there. We drove around for 30 minutes before we found out way in. "

"Great older property with lots of charm. The gentleman working the front desk was very helpful and kind. It was a bit warm on the top level (seasonably hot weather). but otherwise it was amazing, also lots of stairs to be aware of. The location was great and easily walkable to the sea! "
