"Location and property are very nice. Shower was very small with a seat in the middle making it difficult to use. Breakfast was good. The room itself was just ok. Our room in particular was extremely hot. A door in the front and a window in the bathroom. No cross ventilation and the A/C had been turned off for the season. We could not leave the window open due to the mosquitos."
"An Incredible Terrace with the Most Amazing Views! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The hotel is beautifully restored and in a fantastic location in Pienza, just off Piazza Pio II. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, with good bedding and a lovely large bathroom. The room itself was simple but very comfortable and had everything we needed.
However, the absolute highlight of this hotel is the terrace. The views across the Val d’Orcia are quite simply out of this world! You could sit there for hours just taking it...

"Highly recommended. A beautiful and well maintained hotel in the beautiful town in Umbria. Room was clean and spacious, good A/C. Well stocked bathroom. Excellent breakfast. The staff speak English very well and were very helpful with the luggage and other things we needed done there. Great location in the town. Nice pool and grounds."
"The rooms were very clean. Only complaint I would have is the mosquitos at the pool. We could not sit out there without getting attacked. We were able to sit on patio once the sun went down without getting g bit."

The mobile home we were given was extremely dated and tired. We have accessed 3 campsites with mobile homes on this trip and this van was the most expensive with the least quality. Attention to detail was poor for the price we paid"
