"Really disappointed in how this stay turned out. First, we chose it for two reasons: Horse riding (which we confirmed in advance we could do) & a "full apartment with kitchen." It was, literally, the most uncomfortable space I've ever slept in. The rooms shown in most of the photos are the OWNER'S apartment in the 2-story building, not the public rooms. It is a children's riding school for Italians, not a true agriturismo for tourists, & not as expected based on photos. I do not recommend. We...

"Loved our stay at House of Alice. It’s very centrally located in Tuscany. Francesco was wonderful and took care of reservations and recommendations for us. The village itself is very small. The house was clean and well appointed. Small recommendations are; it could have used more efficient seating in the living room, a few more kitchen items, larger coffee maker etc. Also the bathrooms could use hooks and a shelf. Overall a wonderful and charming place! I would highly recommend!"

"This was the perfect place for our stay in Italy. It's down a bit of a rough road, so put the actual coordinates into your GPS or it might not pick it up. The one in our rental car wouldn't. However, once there, the place is great. Clean, with a pool, and very private. From here, we travelled to Assisi, Orvieto, Siena, and Montepulciano, which is exactly what we wanted to do.
