Accoglienza e servizio ok, stanza spaziosa, colazione da urlo, a base di dolci fatti in casa davvero ottimi, oltre che abbondanti. Non manca neanche il salato, per chi lo predilige. Punto di partenza privilegiato per le terme di Saturnia, piuttosto che le cascate del mulino (che si raggiungono in 10 minuti di macchina). Con 20 minuti si arriva a Pitigliano, Sovana e Sorano. "Great location to visit the springs and a lovely hotel. Reception staff, valet and porters were all very helpful. Restaurant and bar staff made us feel invisible. No coffee was offered at breakfast we asked and got forgotten. We also felt that at dinner the staff seemed busy with the other tables and forgot us again. Great variety of breakfast. Room and amenities amazing… however we did have quite a large ants nest in the room."

"The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was sumptuous. The pool was as warm as a bath. My only objection was that sometimes the pool would turn Trump reflecting pool green. However, the hotel would empty the pool and clean it. The view from the hotel, like much of Tuscany, was amazing. The bathroom in our room was large and the best I have experienced in any European hotel."
