"The hotel is in a very good condition, easy shopping and transport, 5 min from the beach, value for money. I couldn't use the private beach area as the chairs were occupied by not guess people but nobody was controlling. I received a fantastic room upgrade, the suit was fabulous however the aircon was not powerful enough so it was boling inside, despie leaving it on all day only about 3am it became cool a bit and by 9am was boiling again, bear in mind that were 36*C outside, in any other season...

"There were multiple problems with this hotel and if I could get a refund I would request it. First, upon check in the staff didnt offer guidance for what is included or not. Second, the food made us sick and we didnt eat at the included meals. Third, the staff hardly cleaned the rooms. It was disgusting. Finally, we checked out 4 days early because they charged us $100 dollars to clean 2 small bags of laundry."

"This is a solid 3* rather than 4* hotel close to the beach. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops close-by. It is in a quiet street, although can be noisy in the evenings. Rooms are clean and modern. Buffet breakfast is good. Staff are enthusiastic and friendly. Swimming pool is a little chilly outside high season."

"I would have loved this property if it had parking , elivator (4 th floor and carying bags up stairs). Bed's were good but very soft. "
