"Super summer stay in beautiful Graz. Hotel is close to the city center and the Schlossberg. Shopping, dining, bars all in very walkable distance. And it is by the river which is good for a run. Rooftop sauna with beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful staff. only negative to report is the construction works around the hotel 08/2024."

"Recently completed hotel within a 15-20 min walk of city centre and well located for the main station. We stayed in 2 interconnected rooms but there were quite a few small issues with our room including no towels , loose exposed electrical wiring for lighting in a bathroom, and a disabled toilet which wasn’t the most appropriate for children. However in general the condition is very good although I did think one of the rooms was quite cramped. The staff at reception were friendly on arrival...

"The hotel is located within an easy walk to the old town. The spa is connected to the hotel underground. The weather was terrible when we were there and so we had dinner in the hotel restaurant that turned out to be wonderful. Staff and service were great. The spa really makes this place special (although some Americans may not be comfortable with mixed-sex nudity, which is required in the sauna areas). "
