"The room was a reasonable size, clean and comfortable. Location is very good. Breakfast was OK. It was the usual buffet a reasonable selection of options. The staff were not great at keeping everything stocked and had to be advised when things ran out. The general ambience of the dining room was poor- a big room with rows of tables. No plants, no soft furnishings, not very relaxing. "

"A very clean and well run facility, plenty of space to relax. Staff friendly and keen to help. The only downside was the room allocated was a good 7 minute walk from main facilities. Could also do with at least a kettle or tea/coffee facility in room."

"Did not like the music by the pool at night until 1030pm because it interfered with our sleep. Could you find another location? Breakfast was a wide selection and very tasty,but the hot choices were barely warm. Had to use the microwave to heat up. Staff very pleasant.Rooms spacious and clean."

I took my daughter on holiday before she starts secondary school, we enjoyed the hotel, the waterpark and all of the other excursions that the hotel helped us book.
