"3 days in the Executive Suite on the top floor ! Happy with the spacious room and bathrooms… All fine ! Staff were very polite and helpful… Excellent team ! Breakfast wasn’t great… suggest you go out and explore the lovely food in Kuching ! Hence, we didn’t get a chance to visit the Executive Lounge ! "I have to say the pool area with the mangroves in the background is stunning , especially at low tide. Within five minutes of our arrival we saw a pair of sea eagles and a collared Kingfisher. The restaurant had a great range of options, cooked to a high standard and the staff were very friendly. The room was large and airy with a decent balcony. My only issue is with the glass doors on the toilet and shower. No one wants to have to send their other half onto the balcony so they can use...

"Not a very good experience. Front desk staff were not at the desk. Must ring a bell to call them. No bell boys to help with luggage, no water in room, very empty hotel lobby etc. Won't be going there again till another international hotel chain or a reputable management takes over."
