"They should improve the waiting time... I arrived at 1:45pm and they didn't give me the room until 5:42pm... They kept me there without anyone informing me why the delay... In fact, I had to make an international call to find out why... Now my phone company charged me $18.00 for the 33 minutes I was on hold... It wasn't fair to leave me there for so long... AJP"

"We had a great time with our family at this hotel. The food and drinks were very good. The service was amazing as well. Alvaro from the Asian restaurant was super nice and helpful. Rafael in the Seagrill restaurant was also super quick in serving us and very nice. Merihan from concierge was constantly checking on us and very helpful as well."

"Modern luxury walking distance from everything in Dominicus. They turned their pools into a beach...sand, salt water, rocks, and all. Infinity pools integrated beautifully into the native rugged rock. Access to beautiful blue Caribbean water right off the clifs. Super helpful reception staff. Solid air conditioning. Kitchen with sink, plates, cups, utencils, fridge, microwave, and stove to make coffee with stove espresso coffee pot, but no other pots (other than for cofee, cooking is not permitted). We stayed in unit Luxury #1 and it was excellent. It had a small private outdoor pool. The unit contained sheets (Expedia incorrectly states that there are no sheets) and everything else you need (towels, beach towels, ...). There is a small local market about 5 min walk away. This unit looks a lot better in person than the photos they have chosen to depict it online. The walk from the unit to the pools and clifs is about 2 min. Town of Dominicus was safe to walk day and night. We loved this place!"
