"parking lot is outside, not sure there’s any security there. lobby is very small and during check in it’s extremely crowded. The girl who did my check in on Friday was very nice. No one took me to my room or helped me with my bags. Most of the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The building I stayed in was not in the best condition, I was in the top floor, you could see filtration in the halls. The room was okay, I’d say the decoration was minimalistic. I’d say the room was clean 3/5 the bathroom floor was stained and so were the bed sheets. TV and wifi did not work in the room. The direct view of the ocean was worth paying for and the hammock was the cherry on top. Extremely comfortable. I would go back for the view and hammock hahaha. When it comes to the food, it’s 2/5 most food was not the best and I had some pancakes on Saturday morning that were bad, either the batter went bad or they used something on it that made them bitter. Very sad. Also, scrambled eggs with ham in them?! Why?! I’m sad to say I left a lot of the food on the plate on every meal because it just wasn’t right. The alcoholic beverages were 1/5 maybe the beer was good but I don’t drink beer, coctels never tasted right and even the pina colada was wrong. Very sad. The snack bar was good, always had food, hot dogs, burgers, fries. It was acceptable (cheap meat you could taste). The food truck was cool, they have a bigger variety of snacks but only one cook, very long line. No waiters outside main buffets"

"The hosts are genuinely kind, attentive, and easy to communicate with, which made the stay pleasant on a personal level. Their hospitality is clearly a strong point and appreciated.That said, I cannot justify a five star rating due to several structural and comfort-related issues that materially impacted the experience. The layout of the bedrooms is not particularly functional, and more importantly, the mattresses are excessively firm—uncomfortably so. This is not a matter of preference; it reached the point of causing pain in the middle of the night and disrupted sleep consistently.Cleanliness could also be improved. While not unacceptable, it did not meet the standard one would expect at this level. Additionally, the air conditioning system requires attention: the filters likely need cleaning or replacement, as there was a noticeable and somewhat unpleasant odor when in use.The kitchen feels dated and would significantly benefit from remodeling, both in terms of aesthetics and usability.All of this is a missed opportunity because Cadaqués itself is nothing short of spectacular, truly a paradise setting. With improvements in maintenance, comfort, and overall execution, this property could easily rank among the best in the Caribbean. As it stands, it falls short of that potential."

"Excellent stay and an amazing island. The place is simple but full of charm. We stayed in one of the rooms inside the main house, complete with its own outdoor bathroom. Fabrico was lovely met us at the pier and gave us info on the beaches etc. The breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend spending a night on the island, once all the day tours leave, it becomes wonderfully calm and relaxing, with stunning sunsets. This was my favorite of the two lodges I tried on the island, and I will definitely be back."

"The unit's location was excellent, making it easy to access local attractions. However, the check-in process was significantly hindered by a lack of clear, proactive communication and instructions from the host, which created an unnecessary challenge upon arrival. Once inside, we noted that the unit is in need of substantial maintenance and repair. Specifically, several fixtures and appliances appeared to be in disrepair. Improvement in host communication and property upkeep would greatly enhance the guest experience."
