"Generously sized rooms with stunning river views, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom items were impressive. The location was also good for touring nearby attractions. With a police station nearby, it was excellent in terms of security and was near a historic tourist attraction(白象街), so there was a nice building and lots to see."

I also requested a room change in the middle of the night, and they handled it seamlessly without me needing to go to the front desk; they even sent the new keys to my door using a cute robot!
