"Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and gorgeous architecture (the conservatory and lounge is a must-see haven. The room on the other hand, leaves something to be desired considering its status as a four-star accommodation. The air conditioner makes a terrible noise when running, the switch to one of the bedside lamps is broken, the sink is tiny in a huge bathroom with zero counter space, and soundproofing is next to non-existent (the neighbouring guest's cellphone vibration/alarm can be heard...

"Great location and setting. Reception staff very nice and helpful, a nice touch with a warm cookie. Comfortable bed. Good gym and spa facilities. Bar and breakfast staff were slow and unhelpful. Had to wait a very long time for our drinks after having to go back to the bar twice. It wasnt even busy. A very special thanks to Phil from the maintenance team, who had to step in and sort out the breakfast service. Overall a pleasant stay. "
