"We book this stay last minute as was let down with a rental property in the area. The town is located well for sightseeing around the beautiful Cotswolds, everything we wanted to see easily accessible. The landlord was so friendly and helpful. He advised us of little hidden gems to see. We ate dinner at the pub on one of the evenings, and the food was delicious. Pub has a great atmosphere, seems to be very popular locally. Car park at back super convenient, and lots of free parking nearby anyway. Always greeted by a smile from owner of staff, everyone so attentive. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"We really appreciated everything The Cosh had to offer for a whole family stay. There was plenty of room for all ages (upstairs was the youngsters' base) and the table tennis and pool were invaluable. Kitchen facilities were excellent, breakfast bar the centre of grazing for the permanently hungry. Bedrooms good, bathrooms really nice. The support from Deb and Susan was excellent - they went out of their way to help. We had a dog with us and wondered if some sort of temporary/flexible fencing could be available to block off the lawn so that we could create a confined space and be able to leave the side door open?"

"Lovely clean room. The only criticism is the bathroom. It was lovely & clean but not very practical for someone who doesn't want a bath or sit down shower. Also the tempered glass doors were not practical. I dont think even your partner wants to see what you are doing in the bathroom! No privacy. The staff were excellent. "

"A gorgeous cottage, perfectly positioned for our Cotswold stay with EVERYTHING you could possibly wish for. Hosts were exceptional at communicating, a lovely welcome package was a nice touch, beds super comfy with nice bedding, I soaked in the freestanding bath every night, we lit a fire on more than one occasion and sat out in the garden. Wonderful views and a short walk to the local shop and cafe, and opposite a pub! What more could you wish for?!We’ll be back!"

"We were on a walking holiday, so this was a welcome stop. Although the room was small, it was well appointed, though the shower could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, a gas issue meant there was no hot dinner service. The manager did a great job of rustling up cold cuts, and we weren’t charged, which was appreciated. There was also no hot water in the morning, but the breakfast they were able to provide was still welcome."

"We stayed as a group of friends and found the cottage had everything we needed. Communication over our booking was excellent. There was parking outside, the pub a couple of minutes away, and everything else we wanted to do/see within a short drive away."

"My friend and I came back to The Knoll in Blockley High Street for our fifth visit last week, and found it as desirable as ever. It is warm and comfortable and has all the equipment we need. Being an old, 4 storey building, the bedroom and bathroom on the top floor necessarily have low ceilings, but this is an occupational hazard in Cotswold cottages. There were a few little niggles this time, such as the concealment of the information folder, some expired light bulbs and the oven going on strike, but these were soon dealt with by the team. Thanks to more explicit written instructions - vital for non-techies - we even came to grips with the smart tv and the dvd player. Blockley is an excellent centre for days out, is close to Moreton station, and is well served by buses, which we were delighted to see were being used by more people than in the past. And there is now a bus service on Sundays! I can highly recommend Blockley, The Knoll and Stay Cotswold."
