"Easy walk (10 mins) to the RSC theatre. Paid parking at the rear of the hotel. Great location for all Stratford attractions. The staff were so helpful and breakfast had great vegetarian options as well as traditional ones."

"The hotel is situated a short walk to the town centre, and there’s plenty of food and drink nearby. Parking is cramped for the larger car, I’m glad my discovery suspension could be lowered but got in well enough, the room I had was huge, I’d booked to stop over with my grandson to go to an air show (cancelled) so travelled on my own, but the room would have been great for a family to stay in as it had a self contained kitchenette, no problems with facilities or cleanliness, staff were polite and efficient, I didn’t use the breakfast facilities"

"Arriving at an Hotel and having no ability to drop bags at reception is odd, at best. Having to acquire a porter cradle/trolly, to go back to the cars and load them up and take the bags to our rooms is frankly, unacceptable. What the physically impaired do to arrive at this hotel in one piece is beyond me. AND what happens in poor or wet weather? Other than that, our stay was really good thank you. Thank you also for the many EV charger points. The supplier is OK helping download the app. 3 of us - not the same party - were struggling at the same time. but it got done, even if very expensive. If I owned Warner Hotels, I would install charger facility from my own 3 phase systems and change much less, whilst still making a healthy profit. Is there a reason not to do this? Finally, when my friend and I looked at our two room accounts, we noted that we had not been charged for any dinners. We informed reception and paid the missing £240. Had we walked away, you would have never known. You should look at your software systems with urgency. All in all we had a good time and we used many facilities, save fine dining, which we will try next time. BUT we are honest people that look to have fun, not look to complain. "A lovely quirky & very old hotel. We had a great stay & will come back again. Not really any negatives above what you would expect from an old historic building. Attention to detail could be improved in a few area's, but these are minor, picky things. Positives far outweigh the negatives. Great building,l & great location to town. Family room was very nice & spacious, staff were friendly & helpful. Excellent breakfast (cold plates at 1st breakfast! Attention to detaiil). Swimming pool was excellent & 13year old loved it, as did I! A great short vacation & will return.."
