"The room was basic but clean and well presented. Great breakfast with a good choice. The Staff were very friendly and helpful, although we booked a table for dinner at 8.30pm and didn't get our meal until 9.30pm as there was a large party booked in before us. Overall a pleasant one night stay,"

My bed had a dent down the centre so prominent it felt like I was sleeping in a bowl.

"The best location possible to visit the Cotswolds- and stay right on the water! It was truly magical to look out our window at the river. We stayed 2 nights and walked to the villages of Lower and Upper Slaughter, and Stow on the Wold right from the hotel. Loved the history of the hotel and the people- were so helpful! Breakfast at the restaurant was a treat and made logistics so easy and stress free for our visit. Was a dream just to hang out and walk along the river!"
