We arrived late and the night manger was perfect warm greeting and showed us to our room to our surprise he was there for breakfast as well. Staff were very friendly and attentive, evening meal of sharing steak was cooked exactly as we like it and breakfast was also very nice, highly recommend the full English for the hungry or sausage muffin. The location is also great, up on the cliff away from the noise but only a short walk to the lift and no more than 5 minutes walk to the pier. If the castle is meant for relaxation, why do delivery trucks wake you up at 6:30am? Who do they put guests right on top of each other when the place is nearly vacant? Why don't the toilet seats stay up because the handle is in the way? Why is the shower so small and with no shelf to hold soap or shampoo? And if this is a place of learning and...
