"Great hotel in a fantastic location"

"Terrible check-in. After a 3 hr journey I waited for approx 10mins at 'Reception' (a computer at the bar!) just wanting to find out where the hotel car-park was while a staff member had a long, long, discussion on the phone about a booking and my friend had pulled in to a lay-by outside. Only 2 staff members on duty, the other staff member was new & had no idea about the car park. Extremely frustrating after a long drive and the staff member just ignored me. We eventually had a code to enter the...

"Staff was amazing. Our room was unbearably hot as air conditioning wasn't working. They brought us a portable ac unit and a fan. It helped a little but unfortunately not much. We didn't sleep well either night. But we would stay again if the ac is working! "

"Friendly helpful staff . Very clean, nice room with comfy bed and nice bath. Menu looked good value for money. Good location with pub and shops nearby. Lovely pool with great jacuzzi and sauna. "
