"The food and drink was excellent at the Tap Restaurant. The music was too loud and not geared for elderly guests. The waitress said she could not turn down the volume because Corporate sets the volume and music selection. "

"Transportation from the airport terminal was great. Driver was friendly, and showed us exactly where we needed to be the next morning to catch our next flight. We arrived at the hotel at 951pm. (Restaurant closed at 10). The restaurant staff still sat us, and made sure we were taken care of. Was a great experience and will recommend the LAX Hyatt Regency to friends and family in the future. "
