"One of the standout features of this hotel is the stunning lake view from my room. Waking up to the serene sight of the lake each morning was truly a highlight of my stay. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with a smile. However, there are a couple of areas where the hotel could improve. The dining options were somewhat limited. Furthermore, the amenities in the guest rooms could use some upgrading."

"The headboard on the bed had large, disturbing stains in the fabric. The buffet was large and had many offerings providing a variety of breakfast options. They do not provide coffee in the room, only tea. I suspect this a tacit agreement with the Starbucks Reserve in the lobby to draw in guests. Not a huge problem, unless you wake up early because Starbucks does not open until the mid-morning (traditional Korea start times)."

"Hotel condition is terrible. My daughter sat on the chair they provided and chair was turn into pieces right away. The room is dark, old. Lucky we only stay one night. "

"If you care about the cleanliness during your stay, this is not the place. There were visible molds in kitchen and bathrooms. I am not sure whether beddings are washed in between guests. The floor was dirty, and the towels had molds too. If you can pass that, this is a doable stay. When we got there, dirty dishes from the previous guests were still there. Bathroom amenities were missing, but the host assisted right away. The host is kind. "

"I was in room 810. The air conditioner is very loud. When it cycled on, it always blasted full blast fan speed. The air conditioner vent is directly over the bed, so it blows right into your face. When it turns on, there is a green light that is very bright. The Black out curtains fo not block any light during the day. The pillows are super firm and very thick, too high to sleep on. "
