"Amazing place to hangout, we used the spaces/amenities a ton. Rooftop is awesome, staff was so nice and overall common spaces are awesome. One thing that was annoying was that you couldn’t work past 6pm on your laptop in the common spaces. I understand why, just something to note if you are on a work trip. I had a loft king room and it was facing a busy street, view was nice but it got pretty loud at night (8th floor). Especially on the weekends. Get a room not facing the street if you can!"

"This hotel is in the heart of Times Square. There’s a subway stop right at the corner and tons of attractions. The staff was so helpful and the facility was very clean. The rooms were pretty nice and the shower was amazing. Even though we were right in Times Square, it was not too noisy at night and the blinds covered the glaring lights so you’re not bothered when you went to sleep. They gave us an upgrade and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again if I came in the future."

"This was a great value in the heart of New York. Room was big by New York standards. Decor was updated but still kept the original art deco flavor. Bathroom was small but amenities like shampoo and lotion were high quality and water pressure was excellent! Staff was super welcoming, kind, and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"

"Upon arrival, I discovered that the air conditioning in my room was not working. After contacting the staff, I was informed that the air conditioning had been intentionally turned off and could not be enabled for individual rooms, as it is centrally controlled for the entire hotel. I find this extremely disappointing, particularly because this critical limitation was not disclosed at the time of booking. Despite being advised to open the windows and later being provided with a fan, the room remained unbearably hot and uncomfortable. These measures were clearly inadequate and fell far below what is expected from a premium room. It is unacceptable that such a basic amenity was knowingly unavailable without prior notice."
