We were impressed with how nice the hotel was for the money. The staff was very polite and welcoming. For NYC, the rooms were decent size. Nice new tv with smart functions so you can either watch directv or sign into your preferred streaming service. We had city view rooms with a nice park view. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the closest metro stop but this is a minor quibble. The excellent Uncle Lou is across the street and a must visit for Chinese food fans. Would stay here again.

My stay was amazing. I left my DnD on my door the whole visit, I’m very low maintenance and don’t require too much. I poked my head out when I heard housekeeping and swapped out my towels for clean ones. The woman who assisted me was super sweet! She offered me another bottle of water and a box of tissues. My stay was overall excellent! But the shower stall in my room #301 must have previously had glass shower doors. The glass shower doors have been removed and replaced with just a shower curtain. This while odd would have been acceptable except that the shower door floor guides were not removed so the base of the shower entrance had a 5 foot metal edge that could potentially be exceedingly dangerous. I hope the property inspects the facilities and makes these necessary repairs.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a budget boutique hotel located in the Lower East Side. The room is small, but perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Everything was incredibly clean, the wifi and thermostat worked well and there are nice views of the city, especially from the seventh floor. Loved everything about our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful as were their two security/doormen. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious for our family of 6, beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very good location. Subway and restaurants were within walking distance, area is busy day and night but we slept without any disturbances. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!
