"We had the room for only 1 night, arrived late and needed to leave the next morning early. The morning of checkout we realized the shower did not work. The shower did not have a drain plug. Also the iron stand was falling off the wall. For the price we paid, this was especially disappointing. We did not have type to correct the issue with the shower and had to leave. Very sub par compared to the Hyatt regency we stayed at the 2 nights previously"

"The lobby is under construction, and the temporary check-in desks look cheap and are messy. Also, my particular room had a window yet there was no light that came in because of the building next door. Lastly, I reserved a King room, but when I arrived, I was assigned a queen. When I asked about this, I was told that when I book through Expedia, it's "run of the house." The hotel fixed this and gave me a king room, but I would rather not have gone through that."

"Situated in Soho near both villages, Chinatown, Little Italy, and Tribeca. This hotel provides excellent service while you explore the city. The terrace on the 19th floor has a view to go with your coffee. Many fine Restaurants are a stones throw away from the hotel. You are one block away from excitement in all directions or you can hide in the backstreets. Enjoyed my stay very much."

"This hotel is next to Italy town and China town in NY. Great location to walk to these locations daily. This hotel is smaller than other chain hotels and older but clean. They do not have public restrooms on the lobby floor . The 2 bedrooms were divided nicely to have privacy if traveling with 2 couples. I would stay here again."
