"Very nice hotel, but generally dark in most areas. Entering at street level into a dark space with no direction that the lobby is on the next floor was unacceptable. Service at the lovely lobby bar was not up to the standards expected at this level hotel. Very slow and not crowded. Very nice room with a great view and amenities. "

"We love The location. Staff was wonderful. I will stay there again for sure. However I miss a coffee station in the room and readily available Ice. No bar which I found strange. The AC was quite nosey, but not enough to stop me from going back. Over all very nice"
