"We arrived late as we had a bad experience at another hotel. We wete greeted with a warm smile and friendly service from the receptionist. The bar staff were so lovely and even though we were just after yhe closing hour they made sure we were fed after our exhausting trip. Accommodation was amazing ample space and facilities, highly recommend and brilliant value for money"

"The staff go above and beyond to satisfy customer needs. The evening food is excellent. The car park also has 4nr Osprey destination chargers, ideal for my plug in hybrid for overnight charging. The car park is large, well lit and safe for overnight parking."

"Strange checkin process, reception is at the Hub not in the Hotel, I may have missed communication on this but a lot of walking about just to check in Car chargers need bettering, current type have no instructions and no staff (5 of them) knew how they worked or more importantly released the cable!"

"We booked for our 10th anniversary. Emailed a month before to say that it was our anniversary and that would be amazing if we could use our VIP hotels.com status to make that happen and also about any spa packages available. On check in it was clear that they hadn't even seen the message, which explains no response. They did send a bottle of prosecco to our room which was nice. The room was fine, but very small, and considering the price, wasnt good value. Staff were good and friendly. Spa...

"The food is lovely and the personal great. Servicing of the bedrooms is ‘if you want it, not the norm’. It would be advantageous to change this. Slept well in the comfy bed and liked being close to all village amenities and lovely walks nearby. "

"Nice hotel and the room was nice. Wi-Fi did not work in room but did in main hotel. Was nicely positioned a short walk to beachfront. Only downside was not a lot of choice for evening meal. Mainly fish. My husband does not eat fish or meat on the bone. Therefore we ate out after first night. Could have done with more normal choices. Not partridges or game birds. "
