"The pool and sauna were so beautiful and incredibly relaxing. Lovely big bright central room to hang out in (and get a snack or meal if needed) until check-in time (I got there early). Very easy airport shuttle. AND, I walked into town (enjoying nature and neighborhoods) and found a market for groceries. Never in the US with an airport hotel be walkable to anything! I got upgraded to a little apartment — lots of room! Thanks for a great stay. "

"I don’t believe that this hotel currently warrants a four-star rating. The restaurant staff were consistently slow and not at all proactive. We waited a few minutes to be seated because the host and another employee were talking, right in front of us and they did not thank us for waiting. After ordering and receiving our food, no one ever checked in with us. There were very few guests in the restaurant and a lot of staff not doing anything. "There’s a lady that works at the front desk. He’s passive aggressive, nitpicky, and works hard to make sure customers don’t feel comfortable or safe. "Generally, by default I choose to stay at Marriott Bonvoy properties, because they treat me well and have excellent rooms. This stay was no exception and we had a wonderful time.
