The night before we were to arrive, we were called and told they had no suites available and when asked they said it had been that way for 3 months but never called to inform me. So, i had to go into a single room but we had 2 couples since the reserved room was a 2 room suite. The other couple did not want to sleep in the same room so had to get their own room.
