I love the Double Tree Hotels! The beds are always comfortable, I love the Crab Tree and Evelyn products they supply and who doesn't like a warm cookie at check in. This Double Tree in Wilkes-Barre did not disappoint. It was clean and every thing was kept up. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate a quick dinner in their restaurant before going to a play. We just had burgers but they were very good and again, wait staff was very friendly. Their is road construction at the bottom of the...

Great stay

Enjoyed the stay. Loved hot chocolate

I took my son skiing to Elk Mountain and booked a room for one night. I was very happy with all aspects of the Hotel. Room was clean and in great condition, not run down at all. Roomy well appointed, functional. I had supper at their restaurant; chicken parmesan. Service was so fast I hardly had time to eat the free bread roll. The salad was fresh but a bottle dressing. The restaurant and bar are fabulous, including the staff. They both deserve a full 5-star rating. The weekday we were there, both were crowded. Excellent experience from top to bottom. Very professional and courteous staff.

Great value and location.

Great hotel in a great area

The room was clean and quite. The uncomfortable thing was you need a valet parkng. Othetwise you will walk long way

It was a lovely experience. We got a regular cabin that had a fireplace and was right by the lake. It was cozy and perfect when coming back from snowboarding all day. It was clean and the staff was exceptional - even when our keys wouldn't work and when we needed additional towels. Additionally, the location is...

A refreshing change from the usual hotel experience. The calm atmosphere and comfortable accommodations made it easy to relax and wake up feeling renewed every day.

The food options can be better and we hoped games should have been free.

We enjoyed our stay!
