"This is my third day this year at this boutique hotel. It is gonna be my go to anytime I go to Newfoundland to see my daughter so convenient minutes walk to downtown restaurant shopping easy accessibility BUS, should you take 10 minutes of the water coffee shops. The facility is very clean very organized and quiet spacious rooms with a nice bar fridge kettle hot showers clean bathrooms last time I was there. I had a problem with the cable within minute. Somebody was there to help me with it and reboot the machine. You won’t be disappointed if you book us stay here. It’s a really good spot. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and being so organized."

"What a find! Our host Bill has done a remarkable job over the years of filling the home with interesting memorabilia. More like a museum than a bed and breakfast. Bill is very well organized and greeted us with a free parking pass and a full tour of the house. Never had trouble finding street parking right outside the door. Many restaurants and bars are within 3 or 4 blocks and the hills give you a workout to wear off the food. "
