"The property is in a safe location and the room I had was better than I expected with great service from the cleaning team and some stand out members of staff who went above and beyond. One ruder lady at reception on the last day when I asked for an itemised bill and just to warn other guests; there is a $100 a night holding fee for damages as well as $35 property credit that must be spent in the hotel and if you don’t use it, you still get charged for it.
