"The staff and food at dinner were lovely. Breakfast wasn’t run at quite the same standard with a lot of mistakes and delays on orders. The room was nice, although the finer details could do with a bit more attention (dust in corners, dirty grout in bathroom). Bed nice and comfy, unfortunately we were near the road so a bit noisy but that can’t be helped. "From the moment we arrived the staff were warm and welcoming, they showed us around the hotel and stored away our luggage ready for check in later, as we were off out. When we went to our room, we was pleasantly surprised with the facilities and everything was spotless. We dined in the hotel and and the food was exceptional. "Every thing was great all but not being able to have a swim, we were informed when we inquired about if we could swim ,and that we would have to book a swim and there was no availability for a swim, which was a shame as this was the only reason we booked here in the first place, looked a lovely pool "

However, for the price improvements need to be made: - main issue -we booked a room advertised to be for 3 adults and stated was a king size bed and a single bed. We had a call on the day of check in to check it was 3 adults (as opposed to 2 adults and a child) which we confirmed was the case. When we came to check in, the "single bed" was actually a fold up camp bed with a very thin mattress which was not fit for purpose for an adult....
