"Clean, tidy, and wonderful view of the plaza. Our room came with a balcony which is rare to see these days, especially when the room isn't a suite. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the lobby restaurant was great. Only complaint is the elevators, which were having some problems when we stayed causing two of three to go down, leaving only one operational. It wasn't a big deal for us, but it was an inconvenience for some people we met."

Not only did she make us feel completely at home, but she also went above and beyond to answer every question with care from parking suggestions to nearby dining to helping us coordinate a late checkout so my daughter could change after her performance. Fanny’s professionalism and warmth were a shining example of top-tier customer service. She was our calm in the whirlwind of recital day, and I cannot thank her enough for her thoughtfulness. If you’re visiting downtown Kansas City especially for an event at the Music Hall Crowne Plaza is the ONLY place to stay.
