"The location of this hotel is great, but if you arrive with heavy luggage, it’s a challenge to get up 2 flights of stairs to get to the elevator. It’s also noisy because of the restaurant next door. Other things that I wasn’t pleased with was that there were some small ants on the floor of my room and that the room wasn’t made up after the first day. I thought even boutique hotels had daily housekeeping. "

"Hotel Osam is an amazing property in Supetar! My wife and I stayed a few days in November, so it was very quiet, but the service was still top notch. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable - even though they were very slow and could have been non-respondent. "Hotel Split is a beautiful modern hotel with amazing views over the Adriatic Sea, especially the sunsets. The staff could not do enough to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, due to it being so early in the season, there were some issues with air conditioning, the safe etc, which they weren't able to resolve, so they upgraded us to two lovely superior rooms. "Up There is one floor of a commercial building. The rooms are perfect! We got the Matejuska room, which has the harbor view and it was amazing! The whole week we were there, the only sounds we heard were doors opening! The staff is friendly and helpful. Although there is no night staff, contact information is in every room.
