"Hotel was decent. Did not love it but it was good for a 1 night stay before we went to Barcelona from Luton airport. It is close by so that was a plus and main reason for booking. AC did not work at all. They gave us a standing fan which did not really deliver much of anything but it was all we had to work with. Good short stay if traveling via LTN Airport, minutes away"

"Sited by the river ouse, lovely view over the town bridge. Only comment regarding bathroom facilities,the design has placed the toilet roll holder next to the door leaving very little room to use toilet. "

"Everything was really good. I didn’t dine here but in all respects the staff were helpful and very polite. The EV chargers on site did not work and looked as though they hadn’t for a while. That needs urgent attention. "

"Had a lovely two night stay with my husband and dog our accommodation was lovely (lakeside Lodge) the only slight criticism would be that it would have been nicer if the little garden was enclosed so that my dog could of roamed in and out! Maybe chicken wire at the fence and a small gate on the side! Aside from that we had a lovely stay everything was perfect and we would return "
