The only drawback is its connection to the city by public transport. There's a train leaving every 1 hour which makes it less flexible to plan your visits. "Excellent location for exploring Brussels, 2min walk from the train station. Staff helpful and polite. We wanted to check in early, they were going to charge €35 unless we signed up to Novotel, which was very easy to do. Room good size and clean, however the pillows were awful. Very firm and lumpy. The rituals toiletries were nice. Had to ask for English tea bags as they only had fruit teas in the room, paper cups and no teaspoons for stirring drinks, which seems daft. Other than those few...
