"Novotel is a lovely hotel, Lovely & helpful staff, very clean and a nice feel, we will be coming back for sure fairly soon. More areas to visit. I would give this hotel 10\10 and we rarely give that score.... Mr & Mrs Reed....Thank you Novotel."

"The staff were very helpful & obliging. The reception area and the corridor’s need an upgrade, the reception area was bare and not welcoming. The room was clean and had a lovely view of the golf course. The only thing we noticed was the entrance to the bathroom needed attention. The water from the shower (we had an accessible bathroom) had rotted the doorway and the bottom of the door. This said, we would stay at Ufford Park hotel again."

"Fantastic stay! Will definitely be back! The staff couldn't be friendlier and more accomodating. The room was spacious and very quiet. I didn't even hear my neighbours, which is very unusual in a hotel. I couldn't believe it when I opened my eyes in the morning and it was gone 8am!"

"Past it sell by date and in need of real attention. Plus poor bar service due to lack of staff. Frankly over priced which is such a pity. Tissue box by bed contained one folded tissue yes just the one! "
