Parking limited on 1st come 1st served basis, so only got parking 1 of my 2 nights. No free parking in Darlington centre on any day. Still best place to stay in town."

"The grounds and garden views were beautiful. It was very quiet and tranquil. Buildings exterior was beautiful. The inside lobby, bar, lounge were lovely decorated and accessories to tie in very grand. The beds were comfortable. But on a down side the bedrooms however i felt didnt match up with the rest i personally thought they needed some refreshing up....thats when you could eventually get into the room we had issues with this which when we mentioned it to reception its a known fact people...
