"My stay at this hotel in Korea was absolutely excellent. From the very first day, I felt warmly welcomed and very comfortable. The hotel is well located, extremely clean, well organized, and offers spacious rooms that are cozy, warm, and very comfortable,especially important during the Korean winter. I would like to give special recognition to Alice Kim, who truly made a difference in our experience. She provided outstanding service and was always kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff was wonderful, but Alice Kim’s service deserves special mention. He was so kind and pleasant and he always had a smile when he was speaking with us. Went to the front desk for help with restaurants and they printed out a map of nearby places. Checking out, Dahlia was so happy and friendly to assist me. For a single traveller, my room was just the right size for me. However, a room with two beds seemed to be on the smaller side. The atmosphere was very welcoming and warm. The location was perfect walking distance to Insadong, Gwanghwamun Square, The Palace, Hanbok Village, the subway and a lot of eateries. "
