"Wonderful service and a beautiful (if a bit dated) hotel. We felt very pampered over all, we only wish they had cleaned our room a bit when they brought us extra towel. We did leave a card asking them to change our sheets. It’s also a great location in the city "

I was also told that there was a $50 deposit per night and my credit card was to be charged that deposit, which would be refunded in full if I didn't charge anything (that's no way to welcome a Hilton Honors AX member)."

"The lobby was very inviting. The restaurant inside the hotel was very good. The area around the hotel was clean and safe. There were several options for food around the hotel also. We went to see the Dodgers play at PNC park. This hotel was the perfect location. It’s just a quick walk over the yellow bridge. The room could use some minor improvements. The nightstand and tv cabinet looked scuffed up and some of the paint on the wall needed some patching and repair. The bed, pillows and linens...

"Selected this property for its location and cool factor. It’s a renovated space with a very unique and cool design. However the layout is very weird when entering and leaving. Never got to experience the F&B amenities because they are not located on what would normally be the lobby floor. Overall great stay. "

"Nice modern design, spacious room and friendly staff at reception and valet. We were disappointed that there was no on-premises coffee shop open during our visit, only breakfast service at the hotel restaurant/bar. At night, the restaurant/bar was fully taken by events both Saturday and Sunday nights, so no place to grab a nightcap (or food). Supposed a very limited menu was available for room delivery via a QR code, but the options weren’t appealing and there were no in-room snacks."

"We loved the location and the parking was much better than many other areas in the city. Loved that it included parking since it can be expensive. Unit seems well taken care of and looked and smelled clean. Nice decor and stocked the bathroom with Native which my whole family loves. Large grassy park area across the street was nice. We will definitely look to stay here again. "
