"The room got really warm at night so take a fan! Plus we ordered room service and when they brought our food the lady said she forgot to bring the ticket for me to sign because she was rushing to bring my food. She said she would bring it back. She never did. I asked the front desk what was I charged for last nights room service and she told me then mentioned I left $16 gratuity which I did not because I never got the ticket. I would have definitely left a tip for her but don’t do it for me....
