"really enjoyed our stay at Schlosshotel Steinburg. Our room was beautiful and charming, though a bit small — something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. There’s no elevator, but that’s noted in the small print, and we didn’t mind. While there’s no air conditioning, there was a fan provided in the room, which helped keep things comfortable. "We were only there for a little over 24 hours but really enjoyed walking around. It is such a unique town, if you enjoy history in a beautiful setting, then Rothenburg will satisfy."

Lovely hotel in Wurzburg

"We had a lovely stay in the Hotel Melchior Park, Würzburg. It’s a little way out of the historic centre but right on a good bus route (very cheap and direct service to the centre). Hotel was immaculately clean, very quiet and all the staff we met were very friendly and efficient. Our room had a full balcony and overlooked the ‘natural’ outdoor pool. We’d definitely stay here again if we went back to Wurzburg."

"Second time staying at this hotel, this time on the new building and we loved it! Very spacious suite with outdoor space which was perfect for our dog. A short walk from the river and across the road from a number of options. 5 minute walk from town. We really enjoyed staying here again and will be back."
