"The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. My room looked out on the front entrance rather than the main road so was very quiet. The hotel bar was pleasant with windows and an entrance onto the main street, and it wasn't overly expensive. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and I'd say was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had anywhere. The food was good quality, well cooked (where applicable), and the selection very good. "When we arrived no one was at the desk when we got closer it was a self checkin when I started the receptionist came out and greeted us then she helped with the rest. When we were going into the dining area we had to wait for staff to approach us to be given us a table there were 3 people at the bar who looks like arguing amongst themselves who is going to come and get us the table. "What a great stay , from the friendly staff at reception to the free cookie on arrival ( what a great surprise) The room was stunning!! I had a lovely view of the canal. Great fresh variety of food at breakfast , absolutely delicious. 2 slight faults , room service menu was outdated in my room and what I had my heart set on was no longer on it although the substitute offering was fab ! The room fan occasionally made a really loud annoying buzzing noice thankfully with a bit of changing of settings it didn’t impact my sleep. "
