The staff was amazing and the facility was beautiful and we love the marina area!

It's a great property. It's a little bit off the beaten path. Ubers are pretty cheap from here. If you have done an all inclusive and are ready to step out a little bit into more of a real Mexico vibe without having to worry about safety concerns and the hustle of PV this is probably your place.

We loved our stay at Hacienda San Angel! The room was incredible with beautiful views of PV. The staff was wonderful! We dined at their restaurant and the service, entertainment, and dinner was great. The food was delicious! We also did a tequila tasting and Alex. He was very knowledgeable about tequila. We also enjoyed the small bites prepared at the the restaurants that complimented the different tequilas we tasted. We can’t wait to return!

This is an amazing place, gorgeous house. Cachi and and his wife, Gaby, the owners, were so kind and ready to make anything happened. Irma the housekeeper/chef made great food and was very kind. If you are looking to relax in PV, this is a great place to stay at. We had a minor issue with the hot water in our reserved room which was quickly fixed but Cachi upgraded us to a big suite with better views and a jacuzzi. He was always ready to help, taxis came quickly and we even had masseuses come...

My son and I booked one week in November and we were absolutely pleased first and foremost with the staff, always so pleasant and eager to make our stay the most exceptional. These staff members would greet us from afar, every single time, with great big enthusiastic smiles , hellos, and buenos dias. I saw the staff accommodate non Spanish speaking tourists wonderfully. Every time we walked through an area there was always a staff member cleaning, squeegeeing windows, scrubbing the area around...

We stayed at the hotel for five days and it was exactly the peaceful, serene getaway we were hoping for. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality really made the experience special. We chose this location because we wanted something quiet and surrounded by nature, and it absolutely delivered. The horseback riding experience was unforgettable and very reasonably priced. Having the horses nearby...

It was a great family resort for a week long stay. Safe location for our older teens to enjoy family time and freedom

Villa Divina was the perfect location, its beautiful and clean with breath taking views from our room or the pool location. It was simply the best place to wind down and relax like never before. It felt like the perfect dream. The entire Villa and our room were much more than we expected. I also need to thank the wonderful staff onsite that simply complimented our dream vacation. A very special thank you, to Carmen, Pascual, Miguel, Juan and the rest of the staff for your wonderful attention we...

This is an adults only all inclusive hotel. The hotel overlooks a golf course. The ambiance is very relaxing. My wife and I had a great time. As part of the all inclusive deal you get access to 3 restaurants. All of them had excellent food and the staff service was top notch. Ocean beach club restaurant was a perfect setting for a quite romantic dinner at sunset.

Outstanding. Don't get VIP transportation, save tons of time by just Ubering.

This hotel is the Gem of zona romantica in PV! Gorgeous and comfortable rooms. We love the decoration and every single detail in our room. There are some little details that need some attention ie there’s no coffee maker in the rooms, the mini fridge doesn’t really get drinks cold so you need ice and to get ice you have to go to front desk to request some, I will definitely stay here again and hopefully with a coffee maker in the room Thank you to all the friendly staff, specially to our...

Awesome stay, again!!

The hotel is so much more beautiful in person! The staff went above and beyong to assure i and all guests were comfortable. They assisted me with great restaurant recommendations and coordinated my tours and transportation. I already cant wait to go back. Its truly the hidden gem of Puerto Vallarta and you will not be disappointed. Definitely felt like a 5 star hotel!!

Amazing beautiful property. Dinner in their bar was delicious. We hope to travel there and stay again.

The staff is terrific from check in to check out. Very attentive and friendly. I thought the food was very good, varied and always available. We mostly visited the buffet, my husband prefers this over the dining experience. The restaurants were open air it was very warm for dinner reservations. Pool and bar staff were great. I highly recommend floating out in the bay, warm water, gentle waves, so relaxing. I do believe the pools are due for an update as the tiling is worn and missing in some...

My third stay at Casa Cupula and always hate to leave. Special shout out to Juan, Christian, and Rueben these guys will do whatever needed to make your stay absolute heaven.

This is my second stay at a Secrets Resort and it was fantastic. The food is always really good and the resorts are amazing. Even the room service is good. Lots to do, or not do. We had a blast. Also, I love that you can walk to town from this resort. Will definitely be back.

We stayed foe a week and enjoyed it. The food options are well above average at each restaurant and the Fresca Cafe was awesome for snacka, treats and light breakfast. Shout out to Gabriel for great poolside service and care and to Alex, for making great pizzas and conversations. Be aware that all rooms are connected, ao if your neighbors are loud, it will suck. Also, they only serve 2 beers, which is really bad and should change.

Everything was definitely a wonderful experience 😊
