"The hotel staff advised we could park for free by their lake but neglected to tell us that there was a marathon the next morning on their property /our cars got told away and had to pay £200 to get them back!! After 2 hours going to police station/recovery and On complaining to Reception they admitted should have put sign up there to warn all guests, they had told some people but not us and we don’t speak to the language/ understand the signs so disgusting and management are ignoring my...
