On Arrival the children were greeted by the reception team who took them to pick a gift from the Christmas tree, this may seem like a little extra detail but meant the world to the kids! The hotel was beautiful, clean and bright with lots of help friendly member of staff"

Lack of a mini fridge in room was annoying but everything else was pleasant and free luggage storage was nice. Hotel is in an incredible area, very safe and right next to tivoli, a 7-11 and bike racks for lime etc... "

Suitable for disabled people and promotes use of sunflower scheme/lanyard. Hotel next to metro station that goes straight to airport. Walkable area and lots of food/shopping options. Would definitely stay there again, had a brilliant time."
