"We have stayed many times at the Durley Dean Hotel as we know exactly where we are in relation to the beach, buses and restaurants. All of which are in close walking distance. The steam room is excellent and there is also a sauna and small indoor pool. Spa facilities are available. The decor is a bit tired but we are not too concerned about that as we are out most of the day. The food in the restaurant is very good and the staff are very friendly. "

"We enjoyed a nice few days in this peaceful hotel which had everything we needed. We particularly chose this hotel for its close proximity to the chair lift down the cliff to the beach ,giving a flat walkway along the beach and then back up using the lift.. Due to a landslip this lift was out of action which severely curtailed our access to the main part of Bournemouth. Due to mobility issues it was necessary to take a taxi to and from the hotel. Sadly this means we would not book this hotel...

"We stayed for 3 nights at The Green House. We arrived early so we could have lunch in the restaurant it was delicious. Our room was luckily ready early so a bonus. Perfect quiet location in a leafy road 10 mins walk from Beach and pier etc .The most comfortable bed and pillows ever !! The staff were all wonderful , Alex and Luca were outstanding, so helpful , friendly and professional, thank you guys. "Air conditioning is amazing beds very comfortable but had to check out on the 2nd night at 11pm due to the noise level from a function on & we were right above it! So really spoiled it, no rooms to change was offered! Not good when you have an autistic child with you and had to drive home which was a 3hour drive! "
