"Overall good stay. Check in and our process was simple and streamlined. One feedback is around the tea and coffee in room, which is something needed to be purchased on the 7th floor. "The lication of this hotel is perfect. Right beside central train station and across the street from Tivoli Gardens. Original lift is beautiful and worked! We had a twin room for my daughter and I on 4th floor. Everything was clean and beds comfy but the room and bathroom does need upgraded..carpet and decor tired. There was a lot of black mould / damp in the bathroom which should really be removed or at least bleached. Staff helpful and friendly, happy to store bags for you. I'd stay again just...

"My heart sank when I got off the elevator and had the suite right by the elevator but to my surprise and delight, the room was a quiet, well organized oasis. Great location had you just about anywhere you wanted to be in under 15 minutes on foot or transit. It was small but mighty comfortable. One note - the bed was only accessible on one side which wasn’t an issue for a solo traveller but expect it would have been very awkward if my party of one was two. "
